Looks like a 70 Nova transmission. Shouldn't there be a bar on the rear?

Would need the numbers off the rear. In pic # 24 of the link to photo bucket. There appears to be 2 weld marks on the axle tube where the bracket for the factory traction arm would be.
Also you can see the 2 bolts coming through the floor where the other bracket should be.

ss emblems are crooked and in the wrong spot, 68 camaro fender nameplates. shouldnt have a spoiler. total resto NOM

This is a 1967 camaro rare l78 396 engine 375 hp ,4 speed ,12 bolt posi ,and it is a real RS,SS the trim tag with tell you all this to prove it is a real car 4k is the one you want this is the real deal it has the orginal 12bolt but the motor is a 350 in it now is does run and drive the floors are nice and the body is good to does need to be restored all the orginal big block stuff is still in the engine comparent rad,booster, fuel line 3/8 .gm only made 1138 of the l78 cars in 67 this car done is selling in the high 60000. This is a barn fine it has been sitting in a barn for 20 years Call 585 286 0 one, nine, five $19500
