Bought this pos firewall pad from one of the usual suspects.
Bolted up fine with just the heater core, but when you pull the heater box assy up tight, none of the holes on the driver's side line up. So.. bought a GOOD one, for three times the price. Of course, it means taking the heater box back out, dum dum and all. What a pita. So now I have this crappy one made from about $3 worth of materials, but I paid something like $50 bucks for it (it is die cut so it must be worth it, right?). Here's the bottom line. Free to good home (or a crappy home, I don't care). Shipping will be $12.

Fred. I think it was QuietRide.
Available directly from them, or you can buy the same thing from one of the vendors like Rick's and pay the same price ($159.95 or thereabouts). Some are higher.
