Default ----Non PS Steering box----

----Anybody have a good non-power steering box for a 67 442. Im not sure if ratios cross over to other GM brands but would a Chevelle box from that era work??? Thanks SYC!......Bill S

----Thanks for the comeback, Jer. I actually don't know if steering boxes are dated or not but would be interested. Is it a Saginaw with the S cast in the top plate? Whats the condition, both externally and internally?......Bill S

Not sure about all GM manual steering boxes, but since they are MVSS items - I'm pretty sure that they all had to have dates. Here's a Camaro manual box

They are dated and I'm almost positive a '66 Chevelle unit will work.
