Here is copy of an article from the Austin newspaper a couple weeks ago.
My buddys rat is in front, then my Nova, a buddys 65 El Camino, and so on.
This is the drive in we meet at monthly, and was in the Dazed and Confused movie.
My Texas Thunder group is the last mention at the end of the story, yet the picture they use.

7.20 on street tires, pump gas, foot brake. Not bad for an unplanned run.
I guess 0-100 in 7 seconds isn't too shabby for street dress. Should be able to squeeze out 6.80's or better easily.

Oh, and this is with full exhaust. You can also hear the tires spinning half way down the track.
