Just went out and tried to take a more "entertaining" video, but as luck would have it, the clutch now slips like hell under power.
Here we go again. |

Yeah...I even called RAM to make sure the new disc was compatible with the old cover. They assured me it was. Everything is in perfect condition, no scoring or heat marks at all on the cover or flywheel so it's not a wear issue.
I might as well put zippers on all the trans mounting locations at this point... |

Clutch slip
Had an interesting discussion last night with a friend with "inside" contacts (can't go into any more detail than that), seems like I'm not the only one having problems with a RAM clutch at the moment. Phone calls to make tomorrow, hopefully I can get this taken care of w/o taking another bath on new parts. |

Eric -- Geezz – You may need to start using wing-nuts and dzus fasteners on all attach points. Seems this car has a mind of its own ... maybe it dosen't like to sit for long periods of time.
Hang in there!! TAZ

Watched your video yesterday on FB. Very cool. That new transmission sounds just like a Rockcrusher! Can you see inside the clutch fork hole to check that the TO bearing isn't contacting the pressure plate fingers?
