At least this is what I’ve been told.
Straight shaft turning into a flattened loop With the very tip smashed flat. I believe this to be NOS! For a 1969 302 From bottom of steel cap to tip measures 18-7/8” Comes with an NOS Tube. $175 -plus S&H Thanks SYC!! Joe 608-751-0509 |

I have read that EITHER this flattened handle stick, OR the green tip could have been used in 1969, with the green tip being more likely to have been used late in the model year (i.e. cars after Aug 1).
Any truth? What do the vintage certification guys say? Eddie, I know you did a resto on a late FG 1969 Z. What dipstick?
