There are some floor mats for sale with the part # 996967. Are these applicable to a 69 Camaro?

I don't think so.
I don't know what that number is,but it's too high for 1969.Most likely mid 70's as it's higher & in the ball park.
What color & car are you looking?
Fronts or rears?

A friend is looking for some 69 Camaro rear mats in red.
