Default MythBuster - ML 8907

In 1982, the Black 1968 Motion Phase III RS/SS427 Camaro is still sporting the ML8097 New York license plate. The car was built for and still owned by Benny Benzino. Benny sang and played chordovox with a group that uses the stage name "Johnny Venture & The Exciters". Benny also showed them his collection of gold neck chains.

(Doesn't that sound just a little bit embellished?)

The magazine found the car by seeing an ad in Hemmings Moter News. The magazine is "America's Best Chevy Camaro 1982"

As 427TJ points out in https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/show.../page/0#150264 it seems like this whole article was made up and old pictures from the late '60's were used.
