I ended up with a NOS GM water pump,for a big block. Hand written on the bos is "use pt# 458486". 1968 -69 396 and 1970-1972 402. My GM parts guy says its 65-70 Corvette. Casting number is 3892077.
Can anybody shed light on exact application.

Water Pump #3992077 was used originally on the 1971-72 Corvette 454's.
