If it wasn't for the guys from the site and looking at some of the fine restorations that are there it would be a bust! No matter what we can always learn something there. John Karvonen and his friend Dave Valentin set me straight on some good info. Of course Brian H., Steve Shauger and Bob Harris and Craig from Camaro Specialities always add some good insite. I was also glad to have met Rick Hoffmeister out there. I actually had a real good time this year. I learned some key things from a couple guys. Darren added alot to the fun. We always pick on BBBenny!

Yeah. We're square.. Just a long day. I booked my flight thru Expedia. They sent my confirmation a few days before the trip and I used that as a reference. When Sam dropped me at the airport I thought I was an hour early. I then found out I was late cause the flight departure time changed. I was stuck on the wait list for 3 flights that were already over booked so I booked a flight home with another carrier. According to United the flight time changed a long time ago but Expedia never updated my itenerary. I had them on the phone for a while and they finally refunded me $ for the mix up. It was a mistake but they stepped up and took care of me. Nice customer service I say. I'll have no problem using them in the future.

Virtually every time I use Expedia there is a problem. Coming back from Power Tour I could not print boarding passes for one flight on United because it was thru Expedia. They also didn't tell me the United flight was really a Northwest flight until I was on the phone for a hour. I avoid them when possible but sometimes they have the only seats on the flight you want.

I try to avoid airports and airlines whenever possible. I would rather drive, even to Europe. I just feel like I have to vomit whenever I think about flying.

On my Air Tran non stop from Baltimore to Seattle.....I had one bag to check. The woman at the counter has the printer spit out the label which is applied around a bag handle, and the small portion goes in the boarding pass jacket/folder they hand you.

Turns out she punched up another last name that started with same SHAR of mine, but was different. I arrive in Seattle and luggage went to Tampa. I'm still awaiting its delivery to my house.

In the future I will actually LOOK and READ those small baggage claims stickers !!!!!!!!!!!

I did like the Air Tran non stop flight even though it departed 1 1/4 hr late (weather related). No checked baggage extra charge (flown to a different city), complmentary soda, and I booked direct with air line

Bruce, et al,

You guys get the humor...you always do.

Flying is a bitch. Why?...there is plenty of blame to go around. I will tell you this, if any of my Supercar site buddies are EVER on one of my flights, it will be first class and a tour of the cockpit. What the Hell, I might even let you fly the jet!!!

Thanks for flying US Airways...we REALLY do care...regardless of how it seems.

Take care,

Mark
