It's pretty sanitized, I imagine on account of the sheer number of civilians passing through.
I've mentioned this before, but I used to give the tours at Flint Assembly when I was an engineering student there. Basically a quick pass up and down the "Main Aisle" between the final lines (Line 1 = pickup; Line 2 = Blazer/Suburban). People would stand and watch the body drop for as long as you would let them. K
