Oh forgot to say that everything was in my uncle's name as for the business. He never transferred any title to a car or truck, and when he died we found out that he willed everthing to his girlfriend. His girlfriend was ill and had two daughter to a previous marriage and one had power of attorney over her and they sold everthing without ever setting foot in the garage.
