I know Firestones and Goodyears were available in 69.

In '69, the Goodyears for Chevelle and Camaro were Speedway Wide Treads, with Polyglas in very late availability. The date has been a controversy, but I know that Camaro Pace cars wore Firestones of GY Polyglas. The track car was wearing 15" 'Vette rims with Speedway's.
