Correct, the 70 W-30 had the 'special body order' tag, but nothing mentioned about Plum Crazy. Seemed legit though.
There was also the red 1972 Trans Am (with a column shift) ordered for the president of the SCCA to drive at all their racing events. This 1969 Cutlass ragtop was special ordered in a 1957 Ford color called Dusk Rose. Check out the build sheet!
