Talking to a guy tonight who is from Canonsburg / Houston area and he asked if I ever heard a story about 2 Yenko Corvette's being stolen for their engine and trans then the rest was supposedly buried. Rumor he has heard has them being buried on the property he currently owns! I told him I'd ask here if the story is true or not. If true does anyone want to go searching?
His background is he use to walk around the Yenko lot as a teenage kids after walking to the ice cream shoppe. He then worked at the grocery store caddy corner to Yenko and "Pinkie" would shop there, driving in in her pink Corvair Stinger.
