Thanks to Casey, I got a hold on Al Seng, pronunced Sang. Al remembers a guy who was in his car club, the Nothern Illinois Chevelle Club back in the day, who claimed to have had a Lemans blue SS396/375hp 300 Post Chevelle and according to this guy, although Al said he never saw the car so he wasn't sure if it was a high horse Chevelle or not. If it was, than it wasn't my car as mine was a low horse. He remembers that the guy said he wished he'd never sold that car back in the 70's.
Al couldn't remember the guys name but gave me another name to a friend who was also in the club. His name is George Primm who also lives in Illinois. I contacted George through Facebook and he said the guys name is Gary Place. He was going to contact him and get me his number. So for now......I'll keep digging to see if this gets anywhere. Or maybe I'll get information on someone else's Lemans Post car....... Kurt
