Thanks for the kind words. I agree, the painter did a great job! It really doesn't even need to be sanded other than a little dirt in the clear.

The true hero of this is definitely the body man. To find a guy in his mid 30s who knows how to metal finish must be very rare. I'm lucky he wanted to do the job and to make the experience that much better, there's no ego with him. Very humble, no drama, no excuses, just yes I can do it or no I can't do it. His honesty is what drove me to hunting down the NOS fender, since he told me fixing the original would require too much bondo.

I'd like to see pictures of your 67. I think I could get you the formula. It's all PPG. Not sure it's dead nuts Granada Gold, almost looks too "gold" but it's beautiful. We matched as best we could to the original lacquer. In my opinion this looks way better!
