Help with TH400 tag ID

Got a friend who bought a '51 Pontiac with an SBC/TH400 combo. So far, the engine seems to code out to a 1974 police cruiser. He can't find any info on the trans tag. 90 - LRA - 13912 0095
Anyone know where to find this info, or know what it is from ?
