----As far as I know this beauty should have a close ratio 4-speed. In 65 paperwork did not differentiate between close and wide ratio. The engine options you chose determined which trans you got within a certain ratio. What I don't know is weather a customer could over ride the system and get a specific trans to fit his or her use. For instance an ordered 375 hp with a desired 3:70 rear would automaticly get a close ratio 4-speed. If the owner wanted a 3:08 or 3:36 that car would get a wide ratio trans.
