Default Confusion... Mopar fan used on Camaro?

I have a 307 engine that came out of a 1969 Camaro with A/C. It was a completely stock car. I took the fan off today and was puzzled at what I found.
It is a non clutch seven blade fan. It is stamped 2863224 in white. Stamped in the metal is 46237 with the pentstar Chrysler emblem. It also has the number 58 stamped on it and TW1 stamped on it. Everything I looked at showed this is for a Mopar engine and many are for sale. My first thought was that someone had Frankenstein the set up, but I found two very old partial posts where one was found on a small block A/C 1968 Camaro and another on a supposed 1971 Z. In both cases it was dismissed as being incorrect.

Is it possible that there were some of these Chrysler fans installed by GM ?
