Default 69 Z28 Racing Prep document for race teams

Below is a document I obtained 40+ years ago. I was curious how this came to be. It looked like a GM racing prep document and provided insight into how the engineering dept assisted race team on prepping cars and provided heavy duty part# for racing advantage. I reached out to Jon Mello and he shared his knowledge on the document:

It's a GM sourced document that is basically the forerunner of the "green sheets" which evolved into the Chevy Power manual. This is stuff that was provided to racers to help them get the special pieces they needed to be competitive. Barney Krass was one of the GM contacts that racers would connect with.
