Default HOLLEY CARB. I.D.

I FOUND AN ODD LOOKING HOLLEY CARB IN MY BUDDIES GARAGE, HE HAS NO IDEA WHERE IT CAME FROM. IT APPEARS TO BE A DOUBLE PUMPER, THE MAIN BODY AND BOTH FLOAT BOWLS ARE ONE PIECE.(FLOAT BOWLS ARE NON-REMOVEABLE). FOUND THESE NUMBERS ON IT: 12R-10554B (ON MAIN BODY)
R84010 (ON CHOKE HORN)
1198 (ON CHOKE HORN)
CAN ANYBODY IDENTIFY THIS CARB.?
THANX
