Hoffman Chevrolet, Franklin Square, NY
I found these Spot Check service record holders from Hoffman Chevrolet in Franklin Square, NY. I think they
were give aways in the seventies. They have a small piece of 2 sided tape on the back to stick to your dash and a printed cardboard service record form. I have 2 holders and a few service record forms for each. If anyone has a car from Hoffman and would like one send me a pm. First come! - -  -  -
