Screw isn't all the way in. Also notice there is a valve stem cap stuck in the undercoat on the subframe.

This one the guy managed to scratch the trim while trying to put the screw in and then gave up I guess.

The way that GM set the spped for the line to keep moving did not allow for anyone to dwell over a mistake, as the next car on the line was coming to get its part.
