Beautiful car Jeff, Congratulations. If you don't mind me asking, what is the story on the gas station. That is an incredible backdrop for your killer car.

If you are familiar with the commercials you see on TV for OSMOSE treated wood, the "YELLA FELLA"?
Well that is an old gas station and oil distribution in Abbeville, AL where his business Great Southern Wood is headquartered. He refurbished the old station and made it into one of his accounting offices.

The pumps work and actually hold 96 and 100 octane fuel as he is a muscle car guy as well.

He also owns close by an old drug store restored and set to the 50's and 60's called Huggin Molly's. They serve great food and soft serve, floats, all the good ole stuff. We get together and cruise up to have dinner and hang out at the station often.

Just wanted to add that the car has manual disc brakes. Nice setup to have with that size camshaft and a serious lack of vacuum to support power brakes. This is the second car I have had with manual disc, in my opinion, it is the only way to go. The feedback thru the pedal is so much better and you have such a better feel for the braking.
The other was a 69 Camaro RS/SS 396 4spd car, but I think it was converted to manual. This car came equipped that way originally.
