That's another thing I was worried about. I may use a modern electric pump, hidden under the car, and mount the bellows pumps inside the car for looks. Either run dummy hoses to them or gut them and have fuel flow through.
The cool can will be mounted where the battery tray was, I've mounted new style plastic ones on customers street cars with no problems. But...you are right, we are talking about a big block Vega. So we will see.
