Not that I have either one, but I believe there are two different pieces that are commonly referred to as the shift plate. There is the whole rosewood plate, then the interchangable (depending on 3 speed or 4 speed) shift pattern plate that attaches. Just thought it might help of everyone knew what you were looking for. As with virtually every other piece, I am guessing the repops are not satisfactory?
