Theres a Merollis chevrolet in Eastpointe Mi that I heard was pretty involved in the supercars back in the day. Dont know if the two are affiliated or not.

Was it Merollis in EastPoint(East Detroit) that had 5 ZL-1's stolen?

Sorry to be a neophyte regarding this, but were there actually 5 ZL-1's stolen?

And if so, were any of them ever found?

Later affiliated or not it's probable the Merollis Garden City and Merollis Detroit dealerships did originally have something to do with each other as their dealer codes are sequential, see below.
