People go down on price as cars sit longer, or if they need the cash (I know nothing about this car, but I have gone down on price on cars I have sold for these reasons). I don't think it necessarily means he was trying to get more here first then went down. It has been on the market for some time now. Some people just want to change up their collections and in a soft market can drop the price on their car to buy a car that has the price dropped. That's what I did on my 69 COPO. I dropped the trade in price on the L78 to get the COPO at a great price. All kinds of reasons. Awesome car with history. Rich
