Hi Folks,
Just 10 days away from the meet n' greet BBQ. We are changing things up a bit to make sure everyone can sit back and relax Thursday night. A menu will be posted outside the trailer along with a order ticket. All you have to do is fill out the ticket and submit it at the window and we will call your name once it's ready! Food truck style. Here's what we have on tap - Served from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Meat: Award winning Brisket - Sliced and chopped burnt ends Award winning Pulled Pork Almost award winning Chicken Legs - : ) Sides: Bacon and Onion Mac N Cheese Green Beans w/ Ham Corn Bread Muffins Dessert: Banana pudding Looking forward to seeing everyone Thursday evening.
