Who were the previous owners of the deuce. and selling dealer?

I think it's the Peck car that was left on the side of the road in Arkansas back in the day....

last iknew that deuce was privatly owned in quincy ill.

Not the Peck deuce. Peck is 354665 and an auto. And is still in Quincy. Would be interested in a previous owner history, and who did the resto. Looks nice.
