Thanks to everyone for your responses!! Searches showed that the Chevelle was sold to NY, so it could be anywhere by now.
The FG Camaro I have no memory of, but with his and my drag race involvement in the late '60s and the '70s I'm sure we crossed paths at the local tracks. I did barely miss buying a FG COPO (with Super Stock racer intentions) from a local used car dealer, but that's another story.
