If you haven't bought the exhaust manifolds yet, I would highly recommend getting a set of the repro ram air manifolds. They are very close to what those headers were in terms of flow and they don't leak like headers. It's what we did with the Gramma car.

I studied your builds carefully. I'm just going to use the stock manifolds (which came with the car) for now. If I freshen the motor (compression and cam), the RA manifolds are definitely on the docket along with the Pypes system.

Wiped it down with original formula Go-Jo hand cleaner and let it sit for a few hours. Then, I worked it in with a fine scuff pad. I let it sir some more, and then hit it with a steam cleaner. I'll post pics a bit later today.
