Love the aftermarket ammeter and oil pressure gauges in the location of the factory ribbon tach would be. There is a lot of rust on it. Gonna take big $ to bring her back.

May not be worth it to restore it. I say fix all rust spots, cut out bad areas and tack weld in new metal and skim bondo, paint those areas, spot paint all bad areas all over car and again buff in and blend in. A good detail from top to bottom, clean convertible top, tune up engine, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, oil and filter, valve cover gaskets, remove carb and clean, new air filter, PVC valve, all new v belts, remove radiator and boil, flush block and add new antifreeze, brakes and drive.
