When I look at ebay or Heartbeat the offered replacement studs have a hex flange, I am not sure of the proper stud on a production 68 & 69 Spoiler.

My 68Z w/ an Owner modified "GM" spoiler has the style pictured above & McMaster does offer the stud in stainless.
