Having issues with the factory Hurst shifter?
Not a lot of other choices without cutting the floor. Mr. Gasket made a killer shifter back in the early 70s that came up in the stock location on a 69, but I haven't seen one in decades. They were very solid, had extra beefy shift rods, and the throws were shorter than the Hurst. I wouldn't expect to find one easily. One would probably have to cobble one together with pieces. This one looks like it might have the correct offset, but I don't even know if it is a Mr. Gasket. https://www.ebay.com/itm/29431880893...MAAOSwIeFhDYbz
