I know it was 1975 as I then went to Jack Douglas Chevrolet and bought a loaded 75 Corvette 4-speed convert (white with dark red gut). Had to get home to Cape Cod somehow!....Bill S
How disappointing was it driving a 1969 L88 to a 1975 Corvette? Talk about one extreme to the next!LOL

----What made it worse was that half way home to Cape Cod the windshield just cracked for no reason. Then when home I started really looking at the paint job and it had to have been the worst I hasd ever seen out of the factory. My local dealer that I did a bunch of business with agreed to repaint the whole car under warrantee. Therefore, a brand new Corvette had its second paint job within weeks of being driven off the dealer floor!....Bill S
