That's 100% a modern day reproduction tire,look at the tread design.
Does the DOT start with CYLD? Hope you didn't pay too much for it..
The rim has recently been painted,like repro offers now,but could still be a 54 year old factory original,and not a modern day reproduction.
Relay the numbers and letters surrounding the valve stem as JMB has shown to determine that.
