Default Re: Fred Gibb COPO

These cars generally trade hands in the upper teens for a car in decent shape. This one is rough, but is comparable to another one that is currently for sale. The other one has not yet sold for its asking price of $25k, even though offers have been made in the low $20k's. (It reportedly has the window sticker still on it!) I saw one in Hemmings about 3 years ago for $25k, it may have been the same car.

The significance of these cars is exactly what JoeC says, first time for a GM car with solid lifter engine and an automatic trans. Several of these COPO Novas were shipped to Harrell performance for additional tuning and or, 427 engine swaps. These are the high value deals, if you can find one for sale!!

I wish I had some spare cash laying around as well!! Maybe Holub will do a payment plan??
