I have looked at a lot of 67 trim tags and I have never seen that code on anything other then 67 Pace Cars.
The other code on line one, i.e. H123 is a production code found on LA cars only. Good luck with your research. ![]() Rick H. |

Thanks,
I put down both examples for line one. The first being the interior paint codes as seen on Nor cars and then added an example of the LOS code for reference. In my research I have come across a number of special paint cars with an O code that were not pace cars but did have a fleet code (different codes than the IPC's) as well as some cars that have normal paint and options that have a code as well. There are a lot of theories out there on the codes at this point but I am hoping to find a few more cars or documentation with them to help in the research and narrow the possible meanings down some. So far response has been pretty good on this site through PM's but they have all bee about IPC's which is fine. I am collecting data covering everything from six bangers on up and each one regardless of dates and options helps complete the larger puzzle just a little bit more. If you have any that you can share I would appreciate it. Thanks, Mike |

I would really like to see some of these codes on tags other then Pace cars. How about posting a couple? Would be interesting to see.
Thanks Rick H. |

As soon as I am done entering them into the database I will ask the owners for permission. If they agree I will be happy to do so.
