I've seen it more than once. No will equals lots of hard feelings along with the fighting. The wife and I go tomorrow morning to sign all the final paperwork for our trust fund. I think that a trust is better than a will. It should keep my scoundrel brothers away from my stuff when I'm dead anyway.
