I will say this...I've always been a hands-on kind of guy, dairy farming is in my blood (I still help an uncle bale hay in the summer - it ain't summer unless there's hay to throw around!), and research has shown, and most people will agree, that enjoying your job is important...

after reading some of the posts here I'm kinda liking the idea but I think trying to keep peta away from here would be easier then all the guys that would show up wanting milk for free but then I would have plenty of people that would want to work.

This is not going to work, basically because it's not economical. You stick the cows head into a bale of hay, grab the utter and there ya go a bucket of milk -- Want human breast milk -- better plan on an expensive dinner and some jewelry before you grab those babies.
