Thanks for all the suggestions, and great pictures. I am going to go with polished concrete. My building will be similar to Charley's with similar type of cabinets, lifts TV etc. Mostly for done cars. Light repairs being done but nothing heavy.

Here is my black polished concrete floor. I am doing red caulk in the joints. Should have it in over the next few days.

Yes New Age Pro cabinets. I really like them.

Your floor will look nice when it is polished. Mine shines really nice after polished. I bought a microfiber mop to keep it clean.

I just tried to buy more of those cabinets as I have the same ones. They are no longer making them.
