That hood ground only came on 4 speaker Stereo radio equipped cars.
Mono radios did not have it during 1970.

The only application is '62 full size with metallic brakes. Slightly rare.....

rabbit ears were on the car when I purchased the car in 1981
did not know that only 4 speaker cars came with it.Learn something new every day

Though Rick is right and all the different literature will back this up, oddly enough there are two things I have NEVER found on an LS6, that radio ground or the valve cover to firewall grounds. 396 cars, yes. LS6's? Never. Don't know why just stating what I have found. Engine size should have NOTHING to do with either one of those but evidently it does.

You know believe it or not my mono radio ls-6 car did come with ground on it. I wonder if it was an Atlanta plant application deal( where my car was made). Geoff

NOS Fiberglass cross ram conversion to single carb. Bought off ebay around 2000, the ad wasn't very specific as i remember. Sold recently to a member.
