odd that it is an M22 factory air conditioning car ... wasn't aware you could get both at the same time

Hydraulic lifters is why no SMOG Charley,which was proper.
M-22 was the only possible Manual Trans for it,be it A/C equipped or not. The battery is grounded at the block,which was more common on earlier assembled cars,compared to a June'70.The Alt. bkt.looks to have the provisional hole for it too.Like to see it in person and look for any witness marks around that hole where the star washer would've dug in. Look how low & far out the ex.tips sit. 5500 redline Tach called out on it's Buildsheet. |

Am I correct in thinking that it is not unheard of to find the incorrect redline tach in a 70 Chevelle?
