Cragars on a 67 Camaro

I’d like to buy a set of Cragars for my 67 Camaro, but don’t want to mess with the suspension at all. From your experience, what size rim/tire can I get away with in the back? I love the skinny/wide look like in this pic, but doubt I could do that without air shocks or something similar.
