Default Priming an LS motor; new build

Rigged up a priming system using some old schedule 80 pvc that I already had on hand. The only piece I had to buy was an end cap to glue on. Had all the hardware on hand. Even had a small regulator already attached to air hose.

Found multiple videos on line.

Ran about 5 quarts through the priming port while slowly rotating the engine. Got oil to squirt up through every pushrod except #1 intake and exhaust.

Can anyone tell me if that is normal. I am fine running more oil through it and rotating until I get oil up through those two. Just didn't know if it was normal for some to take much longer than others.
