69 Camaro front disc brake hose brackets

I'm looking for the 2 brackets that attach to the front sub-frame. They hold the isc brake hoses in place. Would prefer somthing that is not too rusty. I have a pair but they were very rusty and are pitted pretty bad. Thanks!
