Nice looking Vette.. but it's not a Baldwin/Motion "GT"... Not saying it isn't a Motion car.. but I wouldn't go around putting signs up claiming it as one of the original 10 GTs built when it's not...

I am still learning about these cars.....How do know it is NOT one of the 10? Are all of these cars built the same? Are they all 427 cars? ...I do not know for sure either way...just trying to find out

All the GTs were pretty much unique with one exception. They ALL had the slanted back rear window. Thats what made the car a Phase III GT. Here are a couple good threads on the GTs.

https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/show...5/fpart/1/vc/1

https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/show...0/page/9#59844

https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/show...1/fpart/2/vc/1

and of course the best thread and info anywhere on the Phase III GT Corvettes.. (Worth reading again all of you).. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/show...84/#Post211284

and the worst.. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/show.../page/0#210130

You should tell your friend to take his sign down. Nice car tho.
