Yep, that's about what she looks like. Not nearly that nice, but still all in one piece after all these years.

How about a Knafel Golden Sabre? Can't post a pic, I'm on my phone.

4 are known to exist today with one just recently selling for $400,000.

Doesn't Mr Petty who brings his cars to Pavillions have one of these?

He sure does Bruce. I think one of these went across the block out here in AZ last month - strong $ (maybe $400K)

Don has a white hardtop that was one of the original Daytona cars. He also has a black convert that is believed to be a conversion that he did.
A black hardtop was supposed to go through RS in 2009,but the owner pulled it out after the tents collapsed, fortuneately the car was not damaged.

Some sweet cars sitting in that used car lot! Wish we could go back in time.

Actually, that was the pic I had in mind.

I don't know much about them, actually. Just the common knowledge. Ram Air V, supposedly 12 built, no known survivors.

What are we looking at as a definition of Factory freak?

If the average citizen could order it, even if only two or three people ordered it in any given model year, does it fit the criteria? The Pontiac and Falcon could be ordered right from the assembly line. The Off road Scramblers and the 4 speed Cyryslers were done off the assembly line.

Would unusual colors come under this definition? I know of a 70 442 Convert ordered in Plum Crazy a Chrysler color. Stripe delete on a W30 = factory Freak. Are the 50 + cars from different manufactures to qualify for NHRA considered under this definition?
Swiss Cheese Pontiacs? 14 built
Thunderbolts 100 built
66 W30 Olds 54 built
66 WO23 Dodges and Plymouths 50 of each.
68 Hemi Dart and Hemi Cuda 50 of Each by Hurst off assembly line.
Canadian Pontiacs with big block Chev engines.

There is a 67 Olds Delta Convert with 3 on the tree that I have seen at Olds Shows.

The local Ford Dealer had a 66 LTD 4 dr hardtop in their showroom 428 4 speed car. That one had to be an ordering mistake.
